What a disappointment theses burgers are. No onions lettuce and it was supposed to be the new jalapeño ranch. No ranch! The young man at the register was super rude. He acted as though he was being inconvenienced by simply being asked to do his job. He slammed the drink cup on the counter. When I told him the credit card machine was not working after I had tried tapping and inserting the card, he told me in a very rude manner that I had to insert the card. He reset it and instead of tapping it I inserted the card and he said, "see, it works." If the tapping feature was not working, all he had to say was that it wasn't working. I asked him for some sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and he gave me sweet spicy sauce. At this point I'd left the restaurant when I noticed and didn't want to go back and deal with him. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A WENDY'S! I don't think I'll be visiting them ever again. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
