Walked in ordered and there was a bird walking about, I ordered ice cream which had a hair in. Non the staff wear hair nets. My burger had the paper still on it and they made the burger wrong. Someone was sat as well with there feet out

It was my first time trying Wendy’s. I always wanted to try and expected more. We had two burgers deal with fries and chilli. Chilli is amazing!!!! Also burgers are delicious and full veggie. The only down side is the environment of the restaurant. When we walked in we saw dirty tables and dirty bin place. Sauces condiments place is also messy. No ketchup at all. We have our lunch inside the store for 15mins. No one comes out and clean the tables and dirty things. For summery, Food is great, service is great, but the restaurant is dirty. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Vegetarian menu or section

First time at Wendy's I cant BELIEVE that my local Wendi's is in Middlesbrough unreal. my experience was brilliant Wendy's burgers and jacket potatoes were great WOW its a drag cumming all the way from North Shields.
