I've been trying to use this place as my go to spot on my way to work. I'm going to have to find another place. I roll through consistently a little past 7 PM daily, six days week. It's the same thing most of the time. Order your food, pay at the window, then they ask you to pull forward to wait for your food. When it comes, something is always missing (straw, sauce, napkins, wrong sandwich...). Now you have to pull back around the building and wait for a turn at the window again. All that and they don't give you a receipt unless you ask for it. I can go get abused elsewhere, I don't have to keep going here. A BIG SHOUTOUT! I told the cashier that I have not been to Wendy's in a long time. I asked him to tell the cooks to give me their best service, and they did. My sandwich was hot ans fresh.
