Horrible. We were traveling, got off to get a quick bite and get right back on the interstate. Fries had been sitting , so was Cold and nasty. Chicken sandwich I could not eat , cooked too long and tasted like old oil, just like the fries. Sooo, disappointed. No friendly staff either. No thank you come back. No exchange at all. I chose Wendy's because I can usually trust them. Not all is created equal. Yuck Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely terrible experience at the Wendy’s on Sterling Street in Morganton (Exit 105 off I-40). The food was ice cold, poorly thrown together, and honestly looked like it had been dragged through the parking lot before being shoved into the bag. Everything tasted stale and unappetizing. By far one of the worst fast-food meals we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor — don’t stop here. We definitely won’t be back. Then of course they never answer there phone!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
