I always like going to Wendy's. There's no exception that the quality of the food is consistent with other locations I've been to. People were mostly using the drive thru at this location but I ate in the dining area and it was clean. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was an absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing experience at this Wendy’s. An older female employee behaved in an aggressively rude and hostile manner from the very beginning. She threw a crispy burger onto the tray in front of my child — not placed, but tossed — which was shocking and completely disrespectful. She then refused to properly serve us, repeatedly walking away and sending other employees instead. It was obvious she did not want to deal with us, and her behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. The impact on my children was immediate and upsetting. My daughter became so intimidated by her tone and attitude that she froze, lost her ability to speak, and forgot what she wanted to order. My son was so uncomfortable with the tension and negativity that he left and waited in the car. This is beyond unacceptable for what should be a simple, family-friendly environment. Our English is not perfect, but that does not justify being treated with hostility or disrespect. Customer service requires basic decency, patience, and professionalism — all of which were completely lacking. Her reaction to us using app deals was also inappropriate. These promotions are offered by the company, and no employee has the right to make customers feel unwelcome or judged for using them. We left feeling stressed, upset, and shaken. I personally felt physically unwell after this interaction, including a strong headache caused by the level of stress and negativity. This is not just bad service — this is behavior that should not be tolerated in any customer-facing position. It reflects extremely poorly on Wendy’s as a brand. I expect this incident to be taken seriously and reviewed by management immediately. No family should ever be treated this way. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

I did not appreciate hearing the manager berate her employees. Tanner, the young gentleman was doing a lot at one time and hearing her scold him very loudly made me lose my appetite. I understand needing things done a certain way but there’s no need to do it so loudly and so harshly. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
