The food was as expected but this location got our order completely wrong. Wrong salad, no dressing, and the wrong frosty flavor. Everything on the receipt is exactly as we ordered. I understand mistakes but at this point it just feels like they weren't paying attention. Getting it out quick is a lower priority then getting it out right. Wish everyone understood this. Meal type: Dinner

I've never thrown up so much in my life. I was sitting at the truck stop waiting for the truck to get repaired. I had to eat so I figured I would grab something out of wendy's. I couldn't past the fuel station before I felt ill. I sat down outside and then like the exorcist everything came up. The guys doing the repairs came running to see what was happening. I'm thankful for the care they showed. They brought out so much water and told the guys in the store to get out the seat so I can sit down in the cold air. Thanks guys Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

For many months we’ve had nothing but problems with this Wendy’s location. Poor customer service, missing food items in orders, cold food etc. The last handful of times we’ve gone, we have been served by a younger gentleman named NATHANIAL. Completely changed the experience, welcoming, speedy service, respectful, and always on point while taking our order. The Natalia Wendy’s location is looking up do to his exceptional service! He deserves a raise! Service: 5
