The burgers were great, but the wait time was longer than expected for a fast-food place. Parking: The outlet is in the Onroute. Lots of free parking available. If I could give this Wendy's zero stars, I would. Absolutely no regard for customer service. Don't bother stopping here, keep driving and find a better pit stop. You'll waste 45 mins of your time just to line up to pay. The staff was not apologetic about the long wait. There's a kiosk, so if you truly are craving Wendy's, you're better ordering from a machine order than actual human staff totally ignore customers. Service: 1
