Late night run and I, and 3 other girls, are craving a frosty. We pull in the drive thru at 11:15, when they close at 12 We first attempt to order three separate ways, told no because they were closing. We accept that and then we try to order a frosty all together and rudely told that the machine was not active. I understand 15 minutes before closing but it was over half an hour. If it was doordash I am sure it would’ve of slid. Shoutout to the guy outside on his break, loved his energy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went there on Sunday with my kids they wanted a frosty so bad. We walked in nobody at the register. It was three people they were all focused on drive through it was a old lady waiting at the register for good 10 min nobody even came to serve us even it was a line when the old lady said something to them one of the employees a Hispanic male said well is only three of us like is the customers fault that they had no help another male employee just walked around looking at his phone I got so upset I just picked up and left. They disappointed my kids I haven’t been to Wendy’s in so long and I will never come back. Get a grip! I will give 0 stars if I could, like common the food is so expensive and the customers pay your check but you behave like that?? They are lucky they even get customers they will probably close down like other Wendy’s Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will never deliver from this store again. At 12:53 last night, I received a ping for an Uber Eats order from this Wendy's. Seeing that I was going to be there at 1:03, I had figured that the orders been made, there will still be somebody closing the store up, it's no problem. This is a scenario that plays out nightly for just about every establishment. When I pulled up, the lady working was cursing me out that they were closed and that she would not provide the order, which was already made and within view of the drive-thru window because "I received this order at 12:15 and I should have been there already." She sat there screaming and cussing and threatening to call the cops when she could have just provided the customer with the food that was already made, I could have gotten paid and I wouldn't have had to explain to the customer that her poor customer service led to the cancelation of their order. I was wildly disappointed. This instance led to a loss of $20 on a 2.5 mile order— pretty much a unicorn amongst Uber eats orders. Service: 1
