We went to pick up our food from this place for the first time, and the lady at the window was incredibly rude to us. She started yelling that we should have stated the order name before pulling up to the window, however and I repeat it was our first time ordering online, so we didn't know we were supposed to give the name first. We didn't deserve to be treated that way over such a simple mistake. I hope you take our feedback into account and improve your service. This happened on June 29, 2026, at 1:00 AM. Meal type: Dinner

Most incompetent group of people of Wendy's I've been to. Went for drive thru, bought 2 6$ biggie bags asked for sweet and sour sauce, got barbeque sauce, asked for root beer and got a freaking Dr. PEPPER. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
