Service without a smile.. I ordered from the drive thru, pulled up to pay and was greeted by sole-patch guy. Not a word from him or even a smile. I added to the order and again not a word or even a smile from Sole patch guy. I was as nice as can be, even apologized for added two chills to my order. Dude work on your customer service Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2

I was warmly greeted and my order was taken promptly. The food, Single Meal Deal, was prepared well and was tasty. I'm glad it is on the way between Grand Rapids and Lansing, which I travel between at least once a week. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
