Wendy’s is having problems. They closed several locations in my area. I feel bad for them, so I decided to grab dinner at this location to give them a chance. My family and I showed up at 5:30 pm on a Thursday evening. There were a few cars at the drive-thru but no customers inside the restaurant. I walked inside to order with the idea of eating at the restaurant. There were 3 employees behind the counter doing various tasks. No one greeted me. After a couple of minutes, one of the employees called the employee working the drive-thru to the front counter. I assumed this was to take my order. But, the employee came to the front, filled a drink and returned to the drive-thru. Neither employee greeted me, said “I’ll be with you in a minute” or acknowledged me in anyway. After standing at the counter a few more minutes with still no assistance from any employee, I left. I doubt I will be back to this location. And, I’m unsure if I’ll even give Wendy’s another chance. I long for the days when Dave Thomas (founder) was still in charge. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Usually this ones alright, but tonight they were horrible. Placed a doordash-pickup order and had to sit in the drive thru for about ten minutes. I finally got a response from the speaker and they told me to come inside. I figured it wasnt going to be that good when I saw there was 3 other people in the store waiting for their orders. A guy from the drive thru came in and requested a refund for his order as they got nothing correct. Well, anyways after waiting for about 30 minutes inside (plus the 10 minutes in drive thru) I finally got my cold burgers and french fries. I should’ve checked the food before I left as when I got home I realized they slathered mayo on the burger I told them not to and didn’t give me the ketchup that I ordered. I never complain about fast food as i know they aren’t getting paid a whole lot but dang, for at least 6 workers this night (maybe more I only counted 6) id expect more than a 40 minute wait and cold cheeseburgers and cold fries. Really I hate to complain but id probably not order from here, especially at nighttime. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Sir, this is a Wendy's. I hopefully don't need to describe what to expect! However, it's worth mentioning that this particular location is among the best in town: -Friendly efficient service -High order accuracy -Consistently put together food Not sure what more I'd ask for from a fast food restaurant. (I think their mobile app is too notch too, but that's not specific to this location) My son reports that they do a great job handling the chaotic high school lunch rush as well. Anyway... Good Job! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5
