I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this Wendy’s in Fontana. I continue to go to this location only because it is the closest one to my home, but honestly, it has been nothing but frustration. I just gave birth and was really looking forward to a simple, good meal from Wendy’s, but instead I was met with poor service and disappointment. On more than one occasion, they have forgotten the extra sauces I paid for not just once, but twice. It’s very frustrating when you’re specifically paying for additional items and they are simply not included in the bag. What made it even worse is that the drive-through male worker (HEAVY SET, MEDIUM-LENGTH CURLY HAIR) confirmed my order and assured me that everything, including the extra sauces, was accurate and in the bag when he handed it to me but that was absolutely not the case. To make matters worse, the (STORE MANAGER) herself prepared my food and still managed to get my order wrong. The sandwiches were incorrect, yet they were labeled as if they were the right ones. That is very concerning because it shows a lack of attention to detail and quality control, even from management. On top of that, I was asked to wait in my car with my newborn son for about 15 minutes. By the time I received my food and got home, everything was cold and unappetizing. I also tried calling the store to address the issue, and when they answered there was no response on the other end. The line was left open, and after I hung up and tried calling back, it would just ring busy, making it impossible to get through. Overall, I left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expected basic accuracy, decent service, and a warm meal especially under these circumstances. Instead, I got repeated mistakes, cold food, and poor communication. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION. I really hope this location improves because right now the service and order accuracy are not acceptable. Went this morning Diego got my order wrong it was cold and the English muffin was hard. And if you have a special with purchase it should be in the bag. Nowhere does it say you have to let them know it's a Wendy's special you know what's going on it should be in the bag regardless Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
