I ordered a meatball sub online. I did not know how to order extra meatballs using the app. so when I arrived & they had my order all made & waiting for me to pick up I asked if they could give me a side of meatballs & I would be willing to pay for them. They said it was not possible because their registers don’t have an option for that. Please make it possible! Where there’s a will there’s a way.

The Manager yells at the workers soooo Unprofessional NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT he can’t handle the pressure, he yell at them while I’m there I’m gonna file charges and write corporate and it will make the NEWS .

I applied for a position with the DM Josh. He told me either way he would either email me or call me if I received the position or not. Five days later, I sent him a text asking him if they made a decision I still have not heard back from him. I find this to be very disrespectful. He was not into the interview. He was preoccupied so when I walked out, I already knew I wasn’t going to get the job which is fine but when you say you’re gonna contact someone either way then you do so. This is a missed opportunity for this company. I have a very strong track record, and obviously obviously obviously are much harder than devoted employee. I’m reaching out this way since no one wants to return a phone call or text Thank you for the opportunity. So it’s been several days since I posted this I’ve called corporate and no one has still responded to me. So my feelings about this whole thing are correct this is a homophobic company The district manager Josh that interviewed me is homophobic and when I explain this to corporate and no one is bothered to return my call so they’re OK with his actions. Shame on this this is not how the company feels. I don’t understand why I’ve not been contacted.
