Multiple times in the past few months I've placed an online order, just to get to the location and be told "we can't take any orders. Our system's are down" the. 1st cpl times it was understandable, now it's just ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. Also the evening shift could use more staff or better training Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My husband just went to the gates location and because he's deaf he went in. Several people saw him standing there waiting to place an order and completely ignored him. He waited for a full 5 min with nobody else in there and nobody would even attempt to help him. Is this not a business? Is this not your job? Costumer service has gone in the toilet. Service: 1

Did not get all of my order. I had to wait several minutes for them to bring out the rest of my order. The chicken nuggets were hard and too crispy and not edible. No drink trays for 4 frostys and two drinks. Female worker at the drive through was not friendly at all. Gave the buffalo Rd. Wendys a try because I won't go to the Wendy's in chili center. Very disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
