The inside was closed and locked so I couldn't go in. They had a Door dash tag with someone's name on it on the food they gave me. I stopped to make sure they put no ketchup on my burger and had to go through the drive through again. I tried to explain they gave me someone else's food that was for Door dash. She took the bag back and stepped away from the window a few steps, talking to someone else that walked by, opened it and said it was what I ordered that they had just put the wrong ticket / name on it. The food hadn't been hot when I opened it and ate 3 fries- the fries were on the cool side. She gave it back stating it was mine and sent me on my way. I ate the burger because I hadn't eaten anything that day while I was waiting for my Mom to have surgery and go through recovery and settled in a room. It actually made me sick that night. I don't really write reviews but I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's and would not want anyone else to get sick. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

ALOT of times orders aren't correct. Driving home from work, realize half way home not turning back after driving for over an hour.

Ordered on the app. Will not happen again. All the food was cold waited almost an hour in the drive thru and the order was wrong. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
