Here’s a sharper, more polished version that keeps the frustration clear without sounding so angry that it gets dismissed: I’m honestly disappointed with the customer service at this Wendy’s location. Every time I order here, the same group of women employees are rude, disrespectful, and seem to make fun of customers while they’re ordering. Today was especially frustrating. I was having trouble opening the Wendy’s app because my internet was slow, and the employee helping me sighed loudly and said, “Oh my God,” before laughing. I apologized and explained that my internet was being slow, and she sarcastically replied, “It’s fine,” before turning back to her coworkers and continuing to joke about us. I’ve always been polite and respectful to the staff because I’ve worked in the food industry myself, so I understand how stressful those jobs can be. But there’s a difference between being stressed and openly mocking customers. Whoever manages this location seriously needs to educate employees on basic customer service and professionalism. Customers should not feel embarrassed or disrespected just for placing an order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
