Food was decent but the customer service is trash!! Bunch of untrained children working in there. They have no type of professionalism skills and you can tell management doesn’t care about their training and business skills. Ordering my food at the drive thru “anything else? anything else? anything else? Is that all? Is that it?” The most irritating thing for someone trying to order. Makes me not want “anything else”. A simple “ok” is just fine when it’s time to wrap it up a simple “does that complete your order” or “would you like to add any desserts” would be more sufficient. TEACH THIS KIDS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS PROPERLY GIVE THEM WORK ETHICS!! ACT LIKE YOU CARE! It might “just be Wendy’s” but training goes a LONG way in life!! I liked Wendys because they offered a baked potato now they have biggie bags. This place is unsure of whats required everytime I go - whats been ordered, who gets it, how to greet customers, how to take an order, listen, clean the drinks area from ice.. The only reason to go is to be different or a biggie bag. WE ALL SHOULD BE A BIT MORE RELIABLE AND CONSERVATIVE AND HAVE OUR ONE PLACE. Not sure if this place is it. Quality is far from their recipe. I guarantee you the burger that they served me was cooked hours ago. It is nothing like wendy's used to be. The dining room is bare and cold and dirty. Absolutely nothing attractive about this place. It's the only one in the area.You would think that they would try to make it as good as you could. Never again Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
