I was really excited when Wendy's opened in Lipa, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing so far. On my first drive-thru visit, we specifically requested the salad as a side dish, and we repeated it twice to make sure the order was correct. However, we were given the full-sized salad instead. We were in a hurry, so we just accepted it and moved on. On my second drive-thru visit, I ordered a Large Fries, a Classic Chicken Burger, and an Iced Tea. However, I was given Small Fries even though I was charged for a Large Fries. Wendy's is a great brand, which is why I was excited to have a branch here in Lipa. I hope the management can improve order accuracy and quality control, especially at the drive-thru, to provide a better customer experience. Food was great. Although the place wasn't packed, staff was so slow, we were told the waiting time was 15 mins. 25 mins passed and we followd it up, 5 minutes later the food came but the order was wrong. Other people seemed disappointed with the service too hence the bad atmosphere. Staff will only assist you when you follow up. Other staff was just laughing and slacking and seemed unprofessional. Pathetic, bad service, most items are unavailable and slow. When they don't have soft drinks and I agreeded to change for ice teas but the cashier didn't punch it in, and when they said they don't have the fish fillet burger meal and told to changed it for another extreme baconator meal, and once again they didn't punch it in. What worse the screen of the cashier POS on the customer side doesn't show all the items. Then they don't give you a copy of a receipt before you get your food to check and only notice that some items wasn't punched in after waiting for more then 30 minutes, with only 2 or 3 employees on the front moving while most are just standing around doing nothing and the person manning the cashier either doesn't listen or don't know what they're doing. Worst Wendy's ever, and what made it worse it's a new branch that just recently opened. The only thing good was the chicken though a bit salty, but the rest is disappointing especially the burgers, meat was stale, only have 2 small pieces of bacon and it was undercooked. Bad service and subpar food. Not the same Wendy's growing up eating at Glorietta 4 Wendy's many years ago. I extremely don't recommend Wendy's lipa, unless you want to throw away lots of money on low on both quality and quantity of food and very bad service.
