I got a number 1 double, I opened my bag, my fries were tossed upside down and the burger had an absurd amount of ketchup. The packaging was soaked in ketchup. I understand having a bad night but ruining someone else's food is unacceptable. Price per person: USD 10–20

I try to avoid fast food when I can, but sometimes I have to make sacrifices for the sake of time, and when I do, Wendy's is a go-to for me when I'm in Republic because this store in particular has an awesome crew and is usually on top of their game. I have to give it to them because getting a good fast food experience, at least from my point of view, is hard. What's harder still is impressing me. This crew is impressive, though, and I want to make it known that they do a fantastic job with their speed, consistency, order accuracy, and friendliness that I normally don't see in this industry. Great job, guys, and please don't lose sight of what you have going for you at this store because you're doing an incredible job here!
