They completely messed up the order I have a hamburger that is partially raw I asked for a hamburger kids meal and they put cheese on the burger I'm never going to this Wendy's ever again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pulled up to the drive through at 9.55 pm Friday 6/5. No cars in front of me and no cars in the parking lot. Tried to order and was told I needed to wait. 7 minutes later someone finally ask " what I wanted" Not welcome to Wendy's sorry for your wait. But " what I wanted" after asking for three different things and being told they didn't have it. I said never mind and left. I was in sales for 30 years and have never seen anything like it. Evidently they don't realize the customer writes their paycheck, not the store. I still will go to the Wendy's on Republic Road. They have great customer service. This is the first and last time I will ever go to the one on West Bypass and Kearny. Service: 1

I had a really disappointing experience at the new Wendy’s on West Sunshine Bypass this afternoon. I placed a mobile order thinking it was for this location, but realized it had actually gone to the other West Sunshine store. I understand that mix-ups happen, and I was simply trying to ask a question about whether my card had already been charged through the app. Unfortunately, the manager on duty was extremely rude and condescending. She repeatedly interrupted me, wouldn’t let me finish speaking, and insisted I pull forward to the window so she could continue addressing me in an aggressive tone. When she told me I could “edit the order in the app,” I tried to explain that there is no option to edit an order once it’s placed—but she wouldn’t listen. When I asked her to show me how to do that, she became even more frustrated and couldn’t provide an answer. After I left the drive-thru, the situation escalated further. As I was driving around the building trying to exit, she ran out of the front door and continued yelling. I had to wait for another car to enter the drive-thru before I could leave, and as I exited the parking lot, she was still running toward the corner of the main road trying to continue the confrontation. It felt completely unprofessional and honestly unsettling. My son and I eat at Wendy’s almost every day, and we frequently visit this location. This is not the first negative interaction I’ve had with this same manager, but it was by far the worst. Customer service matters, and no one should be treated this way over a simple question. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are being treated at this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
