It's worth visiting this fast food to try nicely cooked spicy chicken, hamburgers and chili. Wendy's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are average for the quality you get. The pretty atmosphere is what this place is about. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Ordered two drinks, the largest sizes, with no ice in them. Received them 3/4 full, and requested that they be filled. The drive thru attendant gave me a hard time about it, and said that she isn't supposed to fill it when we remove ice, because we're not paying for the extra drink. 1) I picked the largest size, which is a $5 drink. The extra 5 cents Wendy's loses for filling the cup is irrelevant when the cost of the drink is already so high. 2) I'm not paying Wendy's for ice, I'm paying for the drink, so I shouldn't have to deal with a drive thru attendant's attitude about me wanting to get all of what I paid for. 3) There is no option for me to pay "extra" for my $5 drink to be filled to the top when I remove ice, so the fact that she would tell me that "I didn't pay extra" for the drink to be filled after removing the ice is absurd. For the 20 years I've been going to this same Wendy's, I've never had someone decide not to fill my drinks when I've removed ice. Nor do I understand why this woman cared enough to save wendy's 5 cents on an already overpriced drink, by policing a rule that I'm fairly certain does not exist within any Wendy's franchise.
