Offer to make my mom breakfast for Mother’s Day, she wanted her regular Wendy’s breakfast, placed the order (10:15)BEFORE Breakfast Cutoff(10:25), paid and all. Get there around 1040, for them to tell me they don’t have my order, and they couldn’t compensate me my money back. Poor service, especially being I told them it was for my mom for Mother’s Day, least they could’ve done is either tried getting me my money back or actually doing their job & completing my order. I had a bad experience at Wendy's. My order was taken wrong and had to be corrected by a manager. I double-checked that it included bacon and sour cream because this location constantly forgets those items, so I end up paying extra and not receiving them. The cashier turned to another employee and said “oh, she wants everythinggg on it,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. The order was eventually right but the attitude was off. If basic questions annoy you, maybe customer service isn’t the role for you Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
