I usually hate to write reviews, however I am very upset with my experience. Even though the store open at 7, you can never get anyone to answer the speaker, open the door, or take your order for breakfast. It’s absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating because when you drive around and you can see the workers looking at you in the window. I absolutely will never try for breakfast here again. It’s a waste of gas and time.

Absolutely Terrible service any time I come here. Today door was locked at 8:11 am had to nock on door for them to open.Made me late to work Food took forever to make and French toast was soggy. They never speak or say hi or treat you like a human if you eat inside and act like your a criminal if you try and place an order other than on there electric kiosk. A hi how are you or good morning wouldn’t kill yall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a biggie bag and a junior frosty. I waited nearly 20 minutes and still didn't get my frosty. Just go to any other Wendy's in Waco. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
