I have a Diabetic sister who just wanted a DIET dr pepper and what did they do. no diet just regular. that was the only thing i ordered that says enough about this place it sucks and its being ran by teen boys who obviously dont know how to pour the correct soda. im going in again tonight and gonna test my drinks now infront of fast food workers Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Diabetic sister who cant have sugar and they gave sugar thats insane

Not the same since COVID. Downsized, sterile, limited menu, not enough staff, poor counter service and ungodly high prices. No consistency here. Most visits at this NEW Wendy's have been bad. Cold food, what tastes like overcooked or re-cooked food. What happened to never frozen burgers that are cooked fresh. I stopped going to a different chain due to pre-cooked burgers that sat in a warming tray. Looks like I will have to do the same with this Wendy's.
