I'm sorry I hate to leave bad reviews , but the guy working the front is beyond unprofessional, leaving no courtesy for his work ethic. As a restaurant manager I understand how employees should respond . Stuck his fingers in my food then reserved it to me right while I was standing there , mind you .. I was the only one there .. I would expect them to have treated their only customer better . Not only that , they had no knowledge of the menu or any questions I had about the restaurant , on their phones as I was trying to order . I don't know who manages the place but it was the two guys in the front during lunch that should the unprofessionalism . Did not include any sauces and acted as if it was a hassle to get them . After 5 minutes of waiting in a smaller than garage sized restaurant for a couple sauces I just left them a cash tip in the jar and left . Even after all this I reached in my bag to eat later and there was no fork or chopsticks . Sorry West Covina Thai Cuisine , but as a local , I definitely do NOT recommend this place .
