We ate here for breakfast. It was great. The Magic Muffin is enough food for two. The kids enjoyed the pancakes. The prices were good. There's not much else to say. If you're looking for a solid breakfast, this place has it.

What a great find! A small bar and grill in an old repurposed storefront, staffed by very nice people who crank out delicious food. I had the pork tenderloin basket. It was an all-day meal. A huge slab of tenderloin dwarfed the hearty roll housing the lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo within. The loin was about the size of a Fiat hubcap! So before you get a chance to start eating it as a sandwich, you get a filling tenderloin steak. It came with house-cut fries and slaw (or potato salad), for $13 after tax. Toss in a couple cold Patosi's and this is about as good an Iowa meal that a tourist could hope for. Thanks West Dubuque Tap, I'll be back.
