I never submit reviews because it’s not my place to sway someone but as someone with a gluten intolerance, while the pizza was good, I believe the crust is made with cauliflower. I can’t tolerate cauliflower and got really sick after eating. My side effects are just as bad as when I come into contact with gluten. So for my gluten free friends, take caution. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Hey Jacqui. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at Westbound and Down. Our gluten free crust is mainly rice and tapioca flour and doesn't have any cauliflower in it. We do however make our own dough and breads fresh daily and are brewing up some amazing beers. We always say we have a gluten friendly environment that we work around since gluten is definitely in the air. We do our best to not cross contaminate and use separate utensils and oven for the gluten free crust pizzas. Grabbed a Gabagool pan pizza and a couple beers with a buddy on Thursday night. It was full but we found a seat. I had the Coloradan and he had an IPA and ended up buying a 4 pack before we left. Three women next to us ordered 3 veggie pizzas and said they were all good, too. All around good food and beer, would recommend. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I already can't wait to go back. Drove up from Denver just to try the pizza! First off, they are my favorite beer I have found in Colorado. So bonus to find out they have amazing pizza. Almost want to keep it secret. Lol Came on a busy day with the pup. Ordered pizza and a large beer and sat on the patio. The pizza was some of the best I have had here. So crispy and fresh with plenty of toppings. Recommending to all my friends, and I will def be back.
