Hey Jacqui. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at Westbound and Down. Our gluten free crust is mainly rice and tapioca flour and doesn't have any cauliflower in it. We do however make our own dough and breads fresh daily and are brewing up some amazing beers. We always say we have a gluten friendly environment that we work around since gluten is definitely in the air. We do our best to not cross contaminate and use separate utensils and oven for the gluten free crust pizzas.
