After a long walk around Green Park, visit this bar and have a rest here. A number of reviewers have noticed that the staff is hospitable at Wetherspoons. Most visitors note that the service is cool. But facebook users' reviews don't give this place a high rating.

Wine is more water than wine. Seriously it should have been free. Their tap water is free so why isn't their 80%water "wine"

The food was very bland, couldn't eat it. Whole place was filthy with dirty plates and tables. There was only one table with no plates, but that was still filthy. Shame as my local one is much better!

We love Wetherspoons,although this evening at 7.20pm after ordering food in advance for my 16 year old and 22 year old nephews, who were following behind us from the 20 20 cricket match at Trent Bridge. I received a call from my nephew saying that they had been refused entry. I went to speak to the doormen to explain the situation. I was told that by law under 18s are not aloud in after 7pm. I know this is not the case. I admit I lost my cool and called the doorman, saying he had small man syndrome, but only after refusing my nephews entry. Whilst arguing with your doormen a group of people walked past with a young girl, very obviously only 13 or 14 years old. The doorman said, go on in sweetheart. To say we were fuming is an understatement. You really need to explain the law to your doormen!! Although I guess they are perfectly aware of the law. They ruined what was a brilliant day
