I would give this a 1.5/5
We stopped at Wharf Wraps because 1) Mom loves the fish and chips and 2) military discount.
I ordered a Warm Cabbage Salad and asked to sub tomato for cucumber (upon cook’s recommendation) and to add chicken.
What arrived was a salad with no cucumber, no bacon (it’s supposed to come with it) and half a hand of chicken. I assumed the server did a swap- swap bacon for chicken instead.
So when the bill came, I noticed a 5$ charge for the chicken. The server was lovely and tried her best to answer my questions, however in the end the Manager said (through the server - manager wouldn’t even come out to see me) that because it’s the kitchen’s mistake, she will take 1$ off for the bacon and cucumber being missing but the 5$ surcharge for half a hand of chicken remains.
Even though they were a direct swap. Through no fault of mine.
I told the server that she was great, but that was a poor decision on the manager’s part, and I will NOT be back.
We also learned tonight that they no longer do military discount - disappointing but what can you do.
I will not be back. Poor management.
