Flexible. Chef Gilkey catered my wife’s brunch. During the planning it came up my wife was Salvadoran. He surprised us by adding delicious traditional menu items from her culture FREE OF CHARGE and she (and the rest of her family) gave it the stamp of approval! I also had never obtained this type of service at the house before, so I started with an Incredibly low ball budget offer. The coordinator and chef Gilkey MADE THAT MONEY STRETCH!!! they made 15 people incredibly full and satisfied. Some notes on the food. Very impressed with the scope of skillset. The food ranged from Salvadoran bean a cheese papusas, to waffles with chocolate chips and a candied pecan that took the waffles to the next level. I can’t attest to the bottled juices they provided because I didn’t grab one, but I couldn’t help but notice that guests were CONSTANTLY raving about the juice (Natalie’s was the brand). I appreciate the turkey meant options provided and look forward to the next time What The Chef comes across my plate. Highly recommend. No complaints and that’s saying a lot coming from me.

Very happy with our experience our brunch was delicious and beautifully presented our guests enjoyed it. Chef Antonio was great to work with and he made our brunch extra special by adding a hint of Salvadorean food in the mix very nice touch by his part

Used them for a corporate event and everything was PERFECT. The communication, professionalism, food, delivery, and presentation was spot on. Joy was so easy to work with and worked FAST getting back to me with proposals. My residents loved everything and we were out of food in 16 mins. Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU!
