The bagels were so good, I really liked the pumpernickel or the jalapeno cheddar. Kids loved the rainbow bagels. Challah bread was delicious too Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don’t expect I will be back. I have been craving What a Bagel but overall this was such a terrible experience. Waiting in line 3 customers cut in front. Once I was finally able to ask about service I was told to ‘go over there’ where there was a sign that said “staff only”. I was served, but did not receive any of the 6 bagels I requested, I ended up with 3 marble and 3 unknown bagels. This was not worth the trip out of my way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
