Yesterday (7-3-2026), I ordered 2 double meat burgers, 2 orders of fries and a large chocolate malt. When I got home, my order was 2 single meat burgers, 2 fries(they actually got that part right) and a large Banana malt. I tried to call, but the line was always busy. Who ever took my order, needs to learn how to read. Cause obviously they gave me someone else's order. Please fix the problem before someone else gets screwed out of their orders Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I had such a great experience at Whataburger! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and everything just hit the spot. What really stood out though was the customer service — the staff was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll for sure be coming back! I didn’t catch her name in person but on my receipt it says Alaya O, if that’s her name I loved her as my cashier. Super sweet and honestly made my week, would come again just for her, but I live in Houston Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
