This place is the most unorganized Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I don’t even know why I keep going back. They are always missing an item every time I have ordered. Today they forgot our breakfast biscuit and waited in line for another 25 minutes before being helped again. At this point the rest of the food is cold so we just got a refund. The manager was friendly but the rest of the staff were not. They need to be retrained on how to do their jobs. Also there was only one girl working the cashier by herself and I counted at least 15 people in the lobby. Don’t waste your time and money and just go next door to Snooze. As a traveling Texan, it was a relief to have a lil taste of Texas when I was feeling homesick.100% kudos to the loc'd gentleman working the inside drive thu lane. Drive through was speedy and oozed southern hospitality...truly felt more like a sultry speed date with a milkshake and cheeseburger goodie bag reward. Only downside was I never got his name. *Le sigh* TLDR: The perfect cure for homesickness...or just a bad day. Keep up the amazing job y'all! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Do have salads options, but this IS a burger place. Dietary restrictions: Can have buns substituted for Gluten Free or removed (protein style) by request. All the available options are detailed in the app. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Shares a parking lot with a shopping center. Kid-friendliness: Perfect place for a multi-generational family meal! Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces up front, low curbs, paved sidewalks, and double doors to enter through. Inside there are options for tables as well as booths with built in accommodation. During peak dining room times, the tighter table arrangements are easy for walkers/rollaters but could challenge wheelchair mobility.
