Naomi was a great at taking my order. The food was the best Whataburger I've ever had in a long time. I got lucky, and we got them fresh and still hot Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I placed an online order and went to pick it up and they completely forgot the kids meal. The jr burger was make correctly but it had mustard all over the packaging when there was no mustard on the hamburger at all. I went inside for a remake and to bring it up to the manager and as I was trying to explain it to her and she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge what I was saying. Then she just walked away and said "we can't have anymore remakes today" so if she already knows there's an issue today why not QC EVERYTHING that goes out? Sure it takes time but it's faster than having multiple remakes. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waited at least 20 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. Ordered a number 12. Got to the window and we got was fries and a soda. They didn't ring up the chicken sandwich. Wasn't about to wait again I've got to stop giving Whataburgers a chance. They keep letting me down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
