ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! 3RD Time and the last time we will come here. Everytime we have ordered something was either done wrong, missing items, missing drinks.When we brought it to their attention we were greeted with an attitude. POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE!!

This Whataburger is by far the worst I’ve been too. Every order anyone makes is messed up. When I make a custom burger they are always missing 3-4 toppings, and they gave me toasted buns instead of regular which I never asked. When I order the large fries they are always halfway full. When I ask for a malt they give me a shake. They forget the gravy to my mother’s order. They forgot the bbq sauce for the special to my uncle’s order. We are the only ones inside and no one, if not one or two people are in line. If my order continues to mess up, I’m going to start calling corporate. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Woman at the window was confused and rude. Took awhile to get my food.. wich is usually how it goes cause they make it fresh. I ordered the new smokehouse burger(just the burger) and the patty melt(just the burger). No fries no drink . I could see there confusion when I pulled to the window as they stared at the screen laughing. And swapping bags back and forth. They finally asked my name and after telling them they hand me my meal. Get home and there are no sauce on both burgers and the meat is not fresh. Dry as a bone. Do better. I won’t be back DONT bother responding. Braums is right down the road Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
