This place is horrible. The service and the way the food was done, I surely had better expectations of this place. It is getting worse with ever visit. Ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon, no bacon added. Ordered two chicken strip meals with gravy. The gravy lids were not put on and the containers were dumped in the boxes leaving gravy to run thru the bottom of the boxes and all over the food. This was BOTH boxes, not just one. I could see a mistake with it happening to one but, both? Mind u we were only people inside and no one in the drive thru. Whataburger used to have a standards, not so much anymore. Ordered ala carte 3 beef patties with 2 pieces of cheese and 2 orders of bacon in between. I received, Cold patties stacked on all the watery, cold fixings, which I immediately tossed. No napkins and no utensils. I have never had a bad experience at another whattaburger anywhere else but don't go to this one. Normally I don't leave bad reviews, but when see said they didn't have any coffee and wouldn't make any, here I am. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
