Originally had a problem with my burger (they gave me the wrong one) but cashier and manager took care of it and honestly they were very nice and fixed the issue right away. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier and more proffesional staff. Thank you for making things right, will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m honestly really disappointed with this Whataburger location. This is now the third time I’ve come here, specifically asked for my food to be made fresh (and made it clear I’m willing to wait), and still received poor quality food. Today was the worst experience yet. The burger meat was room temperature, not hot or fresh like it should be, and the fries were hot but tasted old and reheated, like they had been sitting and were just thrown back in to warm up. That’s not acceptable. What’s frustrating is being told the food is fresh when it clearly isn’t. If I’m asking and willing to wait, I expect honesty and quality—not shortcuts. I keep coming back because I live close by, but at this point it’s consistently bad. Something needs to change at this location because the lack of quality and honesty is very disappointing. The night staff sucks. I ordered a combo and they only gave me a sandwich when I demanded my fries. They told me I hadn’t paid when I actually paid 13.45 dollars. The colleague explained to me that there is a guy who only thinks about going home and takes the orders badly. If they really need workers like him, they better change people because they suck.
