I came here on 6/26/2026 at around 10:20pm and had to wait a couple minutes at the drive through intercom before someone could even take my order. On top of that, when the girl was ready to take my order she ignored me after I told her my order. I had to wait another 2 or 3 minutes before she would get back on the intercom and ask what I wanted to order. At the end of the transaction, I got STALE fries that are cold and they didn't give me spicy ketchup. Overall a bad experience. I suppose it's from the the teenagers they hire with poor work ethic or lack of communication skills due to poor management. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

This location is the cleanest most professional location in the Dallas area. I drive the extra few miles, passing other Whataburger's along the way, just to give my business to this well run establishment. Thank you for allowing me to still enjoy your menu after many disappointing experiences at other Whataburger locations in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If yall want $20-$25 per hour then learn how to make fresh hot burgers and fries instead of letting either burger or fries sit in a bag for 5-7 mins before the other item is done. Yall threw away fries and burgers tonight because I don’t accept cold food I’m paying for the food I accept it the way I want it not the way you want to serve it terrible management for not training the workers and accepting that type of quality. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY oooo and by the way they will make the CUSTOMER FEEL WRONG Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
