I went through the Decatur Alabama drive-thru location a couple hours ago and first of all waiting 10 minutes for a burger is insane, but I'm just now sitting down to eat my burger to find out it's all pink in the middle like it was not thoroughly cooked! I have called several times The answer hang up they'll ring one time hang up ,You can tell they pick it up and hanging up. only eat here if you're willing to chance it all and you have all the time in the world cuz they are in no hurry to not cook your food and serve you! My wife and went to Whataburger on Beltline rd in Decatur AL on Feb 17th, 2026 around 6:30pm for dine in. There was a guy in front that got obviously frustrated about no one taking his order and he walked out. My wife and I waited about 10 min and employees walked past without a word. Others in the back looked at us and said nothing. No one and I mean NO ONE acknowledged our existence. There was ONE couple inside eating. Not busy at all. We finally left. This was a PATHETIC lack of service by any measure. I'm a native Texan and couldn't wait for this store to open. Now, I have zero desire to ever set foot in it again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
