I stopped by Whataburger recently and wanted to recognize one of your cashiers. She looked young, but she was incredibly polite, professional, and patient with everyone in line. Even during the lunch rush, she greeted customers with a smile, got orders entered quickly and accurately, and never seemed flustered. It's easy to notice when an employee genuinely cares about providing good service, and she definitely stood out. I made a comment about her name was pronounced 'heaven' backwards and she live up to it by making my visit heavenly! I left thinking she deserves recognition for the great attitude and work ethic she brings to the team. Employees like her make customers want to come back. I guess I’m spoiled, because I’m used to the hospitality in East Texas. We walk in and 4 employees are at a large table as you walk in eating. 2 more employees behind the counter not acknowledging customers but ordering food for themselves. Another 8 employees I counted working in the back area. All chit chatting and taking their precious time. This seems like a problem with poor management than anything else. Some kind employees, but begging for Google reviews than worrying about service. Yelling “I got another one Lamont” through the store. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am gluten intolerant, so I asked the cashier if they could put my burger on lettuce. They did such a wonderful job putting it together, and it made me feel so accommodated. Thanks to the staff for making my day :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
