Weird when 5 cars that arrived after us were able to place and order but we can wait for over 15 minutes, ask for help and still not receive it. Called into the restaurant to be told I was wrong and what I just experienced didn’t happen to me. Love the gaslighting, Whataburger must teach this to their teams as a form of conflict resolution. Thursday, May 28th. On my way to work, I ordered a biscuit and gravy meal. They make me pull up and wait, which is fine. But I leave and there’s no utensils to eat it with, and no hashbrowns. I call to see if they will make it right and I get offered a hash brown whenever I can come back in. The whole breakfast was messed up. I talked to Caliyah and that’s all that was offered was a hash brown. I’m not going up there for an order of hashbrowns. This is ridiculous. People have to be at work and y’all have one job to do. I will not return to this location. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

WARNING! Breakfast is this locations WEAKNESS. They take forever to get orders out - literally the antithesis of “fast food”. Today on my way into work, I ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit entree with Bacon added. When I finally opened the sandwich IT WAS ONLY EGG AND CHEESE. So you know what? You guys get a 1 Star over a $5 order. Morning Ruined. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR BREAKFAST. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
