The Whataburger in Gallatin has the nicest drive-thru staff of any fast food chain I've ever been to in my 57 years. Particularly there's a young woman with glasses and reddish brown hair who is very friendly. She just makes me happy when I go through the drive-thru. The food is always piping hot and I always get great value. I give Food 4 stars because the chicken strips are pretty obviously Frozen and really could be better (come on corporate). The fries are good and fresh. I've had the patty melt sandwich and it was very good. I hope Whataburger corporate or the Gallatin store sees this and gives your fast food workers a raise! This location is always wonderful to visit and enjoy my food with my friends and family. The service is always fast and easy, the employees are very quick to help and friendly, the store is always clean and never messy. Overall this location is the best I’ve been to and I love going back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

30 mins in drive thru for 3 cars... This is the place to come if you want to have a nice concert or conversation in your car. But if you are actually hungry you might want to stop somewhere else for food first. Maybe by the time you finish the food you bring your order might be ready. Slowest drive thru experience and extremely rude staff including what I assume was the manager. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
