I understand how businesses work i’ve been going to Whataburger on and off for 30 years of my life but I been here 3 weeks in a row after 9pm and they told me all 3 times the shake machine is down, “for cleaning” . I had to cancel my orders 3 times because I was displeased by selection of service. A lot of customers would appreciate it if we could find a more reasonable time to clean the machine or not clean it during these hours as many people depend on the late shifts for the simple things.This recently started happening and idk why its very annoying to the point where I considered never stopping at this location again.so remember what you want might not be available due to cleaning if u show up at a certain times customers beware Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
