As of yet never had any problems or issues, they always come correct and will fix any issues on the spot. I love Whataburger Jr. #7. Last night I wanted my favorite meal. There was something terribly wrong the cashier was so expressionless and acted that it was a bother to wait on us, place was not busy. Our food came, the bun was cold and hard, the meat was cold, the onion rings were soggy! I wanted to express my concern but to be honest we are senior citizens and the girl at the front would have brushed us off. While sitting one of the staff starts mopping the area we are sitting at. It was wet and there was no way we felt safe walking to the exit door. I get it, you want to hurry get your work done????Quality and concern for customers. I won’t go back for dinner!
