I've been a regular at this Whataburger for years, and after my experience today, I'm going to continue being one for many more years to come! Today during my lunch break I used the Whataburger app to place my order online like I usually do. However, after sitting at the curbside spot for a while, I was wondering what might've happened to my order. When I called inside, they had told me that my order had somehow been cancelled due to some error in the app. So, while they kindly stayed on the phone with me, I tried to place another order and the same thing happened. The individuals working there today were extremely kind, and helped put my order together when the app wasn't working, and within minutes they brought out my food! Amazing service, these folks here are like family! I promise I'll be back soon and hopefully the app will be working a little bit better by then, haha. I just ordered something basic large french fries two of them to be exact. They taste like they were refried. They weren’t fresh. Or they gave me old fries cause every other fry was either cold or hot. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
