I love that you can customize everything here. I ordered my burger ‘all the way’ with extra jalapeños, and it came out exactly right. The staff was fast and the dining room was spotless. Best fast food experience in the area, hands down Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great experience the new steak burger is too good, I love the sauce that's on it and the fried string things. Got a banana shake with it, and had a nice dinner, Michael was very nice and checked on me several times. wanted to give a nice shoutout to the team here so very enjoyable. We went to Jacks on Winchester Rd today, and not only were they not busy, but we were completely ignored. We waited for about 10 minutes while people walked by us and didn't greet us, so we left. We decided to pull into Whataburger and try them. We came in and were greeted immediately, and they looked genuinely happy to see us. A young kid named Jack took our order and brought it to us. He told me about the breakfast burger and how good it was. I did not know that was a thing, but man, was it delicious. The manager Ashley, came by to check on us while we were eating, and I told her it was so refreshing to feel like we mattered. Most fast food places your just ignored and don't feel welcome. Will be coming back here again for sure. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
