The FRANCHISE OWNER is incredibly rude. We pulled into the drive thru and after a few seconds of no one speaking, we said “hello” to which she (because she was running the drive thru) responded with “you just pulled into the drive through, you need to wait”, then rushed us through our order, cut us off multiple times, and ignored requests. When we made it to the window, she cut my boyfriend off after he asked for the receipt saying “I’m not done!” Then slammed the door in his face. After bringing our food he asked for ketchup, and she slammed the door again. Came back to the door, handed us the ketchup and tried to slam the door again but my boyfriend stopped her to tell her that he understood she was being probably having a rough morning but she was being incredibly rude to us and we’d done nothing to her. We then drove off to get his food and after I checked my own food, realized it was wrong. We paid for two bobs of with extra cheese, and neither sandwich had extra cheese. We drove back to get it fixed and lo and behold she’s also at the front counter. I asked for her to remake the food because at this point after having terrible customer service the least we could have gotten was the correct food. She snatches the bag and walks away so that someone else can remake it. Slides the bag back across the counter and walks away. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I will not be returning. It’s incredibly disheartening to see that that’s how a franchise owner treats the very people putting money into their pockets. Just because she cannot have a good day, does not give her the right to ruin everyone else’s. If I could rate zero stars I would. I'm not a big fan of fast food restaurants, but my youngest son and eldest granddaughter are about the same age and it was convenient and (especially by them) a welcome experience to have breakfast with them here.

One of the fastest Whataburger orders I’ve ever experienced! The food was fresh and hot, the staff were super friendly, overall a great experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
