Had several people honking due to waiting in line for service. My food should have been ready over 45 minutes ago yet still waiting in line and so far all online orders. Would not recommend at all. Not at this location. Joaquin tx, if I hadn't already paid for it in the app I plus 5 others would drive away. Pointless, this is ridiculous honestly. By the time I get my food could have gone the shrevport and back. Food should have been ready at midnight still waiting 30 minutes later Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come in here and spend $20 the only thing warm in the $12 chicken basket was the chicken. These fries ain't fresh at all and the toast taste like it was cooked this morning I'm trying to eat these fries but just not enjoying them Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Whataburger is not what it used to be. This fast food chain has become overly expensive and the food isn't that good anymore. Snobby prepping staff. And Joaquin Whataburger facility is not the cleanest place to be. Also, the staff reeked like Marijuana, not something they should be smelling like. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
