If I could give 0 stars, I would. We stopped at this Whataburger in Kyle on our way to San Antonio, and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. The wait time was extremely long, and when we finally received our food, the order was completely wrong. While we were waiting, a large group of high school students arrived and crowded the dining area, showing little respect for other customers’ personal space. The restaurant staff did nothing to manage the situation. To make matters worse, an employee spilled a drink on our table, and there weren’t even any napkins available to clean it up. After such a long wait, receiving the wrong order and dealing with poor service was incredibly frustrating. Very disappointing experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this location. Meal type: Dinner

I hadn't visited a Whataburger in a while because of the amount of Seasoning on the burgers. We bought a Jr burger today that was filled with very fresh veggies and no Seasoning. We will be back soon. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. Thanks Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love love love going to this whataburger the customer service is top notch! So many great workers including Joe Angel (team lead) He’s very respectful and kind! And he always says God Bless you. It’s very much appreciated. They definitely brighten my day.
