Spent 30 min in line with 3 cars ahead. No problem but when we got our food is was iced cold. We had to put in it a microwave. We will never be back. The white manager is so rude we was getting mad cause he forgot our drinks. He was like I handed your food you can go now. My husband said um our drinks? He said what was it then gave us the wrong drinks. Awful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I bought a burger a couple of nights ago and it was not the one I ordered, (peppers). I brought it back today and the manager, Marcell greeted me with a smile. I gave him my receipt, and although the error didn't happen on his shift, he apologized to me and made me a burger just the way I like it! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

RUDE!! The girl that took my order this am was Super Rude!! This is the worst Whataburger!! I left I was afraid they would spit in my food!! This girl should be written up. Worst Whataburger ever!! Never going back!!
